On receipt of your enquiry, I will get back to you with a questionnaire, referral form, and next steps for booking you in for an appointment.

Includes:

Review of your pets behavioural and full veterinary history
Up to 2-hour initial consultation with detailed history-taking and observation of your dog (which may include observation of video recordings).
Full written report with treatment plan with feedback to your vet
2 x additional 1-hour follow-up sessions, face-to-face, for practical training and coaching
6 weeks' email and telephone support (this may be extended)

Full T.s and C.s will be sent on enquiry. Please note the following, thank-you:

A behaviour consultation typically takes place either in your home, or via Zoom, and may take up to two hours. This is followed by a full written report with my assessment and a detailed plan for treatment. I send a summary of this report to your referring vet. Any additional one-to-one follow-up sessions included in your package take place after the initial consultation.
All behaviour consultations are carried out strictly on veterinary referral.
A behaviour consultation can be booked only after receipt of your completed Behavioural History Form and Veterinary Referral Form, signed by your Veterinary Surgeon. these will be sent on receipt of your enquiry.
Behaviour consultation fees must be paid in advance to secure an appointment.
